The Role

CodingChiefs is seeking a highly motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our newly formed team. You'll play a vital role in developing and executing lead generation campaigns across various channels to fuel our sales pipeline for our offices in the Netherlands, Germany and the APAC region.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify B2B leads aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Execute lead generation campaigns through various channels (e.g., email marketing, social media prospecting, content marketing, and cold calling).
  • Utilize lead generation tools and CRM to manage lead data, track progress, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Qualify leads according to established criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Identify and research new lead generation strategies and tools.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and the B2B sales cycle.
  • Excellent research, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in B2B sales/lead generation.
  • Experience with cold calling or email outreach (a plus).
  • Amenable to work from the company location in Clark, Pampanga
  • Content creation skills (a plus).
