The Role

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to shaping global talent attraction strategies and enhancing online visibility to engage potential clients through compelling content.
The Responsibilities
- Collaborate on content and social media strategy within the Marketing Team.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies for top-quality candidate attraction.
- Own the content calendar and generate authentic, on-brand content for the website and social media channels.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define the employer value proposition (EVP) and create compelling branding campaigns.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Execute internal communications and client holiday communications.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for impactful recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the website and social media accounts.
Job requirements
The Ideal Candidate
Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about writing and content creation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communications.
Impeccable writing skills and adherence to tone-of-voice guidelines.
Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
Experience in B2B content and SEO knowledge.
Ability to create compelling content for different target groups.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
