The Role

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to shaping global talent attraction strategies and enhancing online visibility to engage potential clients through compelling content.


The Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on content and social media strategy within the Marketing Team.
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies for top-quality candidate attraction.
  • Own the content calendar and generate authentic, on-brand content for the website and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define the employer value proposition (EVP) and create compelling branding campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Execute internal communications and client holiday communications.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for impactful recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the website and social media accounts.

Job requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about writing and content creation.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communications.

  • Impeccable writing skills and adherence to tone-of-voice guidelines.

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.

  • Experience in B2B content and SEO knowledge.

  • Ability to create compelling content for different target groups.

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
